Justin's passion was absolutely evident in his session speeches. To be honest, almost all of the NGLA leadership discussions sing the same song. However, Justin's speech about being an ACTion HERO brought forth new dynamics to being a successful leader in a Greek Community. Keep it up, Justin!

I was inspired by Justin because I believe he taught me to be a better leader. I was the Secretary of the Student Government Association, I applied his teachings and became the Vice-President of Finance and Administration. Justin taught me there are no barriers to success only the ones you choose to make. I will always charish all of his teachings because they really work! Thank you Justin!

I came to AFLV not really knowing what it was. Our organization colonized late last semester and has been an uphill battle since trying to redefine fraternity and fight stereotypes. Justin's presentation was so inspiring and put everything in perspective. It was the best presentation I have ever heard and was so upbeat and lively. Not once did I find myself spacing off and even found myself tweeting about it during the session.

I went to two of your sessions at NGLA and I was completely amazed. They were definitely the two most moving and helpful sessions I went to. I went back to my sorority with a whole different outlook on things because of you. Thank you for doing what you do, Justin.

I really enjoyed Justin's two presentation at NGLA, they were very exciting and educational. I was really inspired to take a hold in creating a system to further my organization to better itself. Thank you for everything, Justin.

Justin has been an inspiration and really seeks to help us follow our dreams, whatever they may be. It doesn't matter if its short term or long term, setting goals and having a vision gives us direction in life. What he said really comes from the heart and has really shaped who I am today. Thanks much, Justin.

Justin came in as the keynote speaker for a Greek Transition Summit. We needed the kind of energy and enthusiasm that Justin brought to the Summit. He used his keynote on leadership as a tool to drive the 250+ Greek leaders that were there. Getting a mix of emotions from the crowd, it was a fully involved presentation that was the perfect way to start off a new year of new leadership

I am a freshman at Oregon State University. Recently Justin had come to our campus and gave a speech to all the leaders within our Greek community. He has such a powerful message that he displays. Not only by the message, but the way he gets you to understand, relate and move forward with the information that he has presented. It was an honor and a joy to listen to. I hope to see you down the road!

Justin's guest appearance at our institution gave me so much life for my student leading. I am so heavily involved on campus that it's hard to stay motivated to make every organization the best. Hearing him say that the organization should be better after I leave made me re-evaluate the way I was leading and appreciate my possibilities more. He definitely showed me I have tons to learn and grow about being a leader. Thank you so much, Justin!

Justin got everyone in the audience excited about what he was talking about, yet was still able to provide us with a wealth of great information. It was inspiring to hear his stories and to see how comfortable he is in front of a crowd. I especially appreciated the fact that he took the time to talk to me individually after his presentation. I would love to have him back at the University of St Thomas any time!
